An additional $50 is being requested during the months of June, July, and August in order to help Kieon cover the inflated electric bills during the summer months due to the running of air conditioner(s).

Highlights include: hardwood flooring throughout, ceiling fans, a skylight over the available rooms, ample closet space, ability to lock all doors to your two connected rooms for privacy/security while you are away, close proximity to a large public park and The YMCA/pool, 24-hour as-available street parking in front of the building, and all only 3 blocks away from the G train – or 7 blocks, if you need to access the A train at the Bedford-Nostrand station.

There is a 24-hour deli downstairs, as well as a laundromat (pictured).

The primary leaseholder has two dogs, and they have their own separate room to stay in while he is gone. He is asking that no additional dogs or cats be brought into the mix.

There is only one primary leaseholder (Kieon) in a 3+ bedroom, 1 Bath home, with a Living Room and Kitchen to be shared between him and the new tenant – so this is not a sublet situation where several people will be living in the home.

An in-person interview with Kieon is required. Kieon is not a licensed real estate salesperson nor a licensed real estate broker, simply a primary leaseholder offering 2 completely unoccupied and unused, connected rooms in his apartment.

He is also offering access to only one (1) of the rooms, on the same terms as above and below, for only $500.00 per month. He prefers a non-smoker, but smoking will not be permitted in the home regardless of whether or not Kieon accepts a smoker as his new housemate.
