Apartment 3A is stylish and comfortable. The exposed brick on the walls are from an old carriage and buggy factory. As you enter you would think you were walking into a converted factory loft apartment. We exposed and polished the concrete columns and exposed all the ductwork. The design and style is INDUSTRIAL MODERN.
The LIVING ROOM and BEDROOM have over-sized industrial style sound-proof windows with large bluestone window seats. The perfect place to sit and relax with your favorite book and morning coffee.

We worked with local artisans to design the Kitchens and Baths. The kitchen cabinets were hand-crafted by local artisan ARM&LEG. The interiors were created by local designer WITHER’S & GRAIN.
The KITCHENS feature Luce di Luna stone counter tops that cascade downward at the edges to return to the floor. The cabinets have shaker style facing which are finished in a smoky blue matte lacquer and accented with polished nickel pulls. Each drawer is dovetailed hard maple with walnut detailing finish. Subtle valance lighting is concealed within floating walnut shelves; to softly illuminate glassware against a subway tile backsplash. The doors and drawers use super sturdy and tastefully concealed Blum hardware with soft-close movement.
The BATHROOM is timeless vintage; designed by Withers & Grain. Classic white subway tile with black grout defines the outlines of each tile adding depth and detail to the bathroom. The flooring is Galaxy Nero 12′×24 tiles. The essence of sandstone fused with the splendor of porcelain giving the grace of natural stone but the durability of porcelain tile.
The deep soaking tub with clean lines and crisp forms enhances a spa-like setting of neutral simplicity.
150 Richardson is located in East Williamsburg off Graham Avenue. It is a quick 11-minute commute to Union Square in Manhattan on the L train. Graham Avenue is bustling with new and old Mom & Pop shops, cafes and restaurants. East Williamsburg has a friendly quaint neighborhood feel. All the amenities you need are right outside your door.
