Enclave at the Cathedral is located on the property of Manhattans Cathedral of St. John the Divine. The new residences sit on the area that formerly housed the masons stone sheds which held the granite used to construct the Cathedral.

Designed by Handel Architects, Enclave kitchens are finished with high-end appliances from Blomberg, Grohe pull-out faucets, and white quartzite countertops.

Floor to ceiling windows allow light and air to flow in from all directions and are outfitted with custom solar shades. Five-inch-wide oak plank flooring throughout creates a seamless aesthetic between kitchen and living spaces. All apartments have zoned climate control heating and cooling.

Bathrooms are fitted with Grohe fixtures, custom open shelving, gray porcelain flooring, pure white quartzite counters and full height tiled shower enclosures.
