The rent for a one or two year lease is $2381. The minimum income is $75,350 maximum income is $95,250. *These income limits are subject to change

As part of the process we will run your credit. It will be fairly comprehensive regarding calculating your gross income and good credit is a requirement. Your income will be verified through pay stubs, income tax returns, as well as reviewing all assets including real estate, bank and brokerage statements.

However, qualification is only required for the initial lease. This is a special program, and the on-site rental office is not involved in the leasing of these units. The building allows one pet per apartment, but no pet may exceed 45 lbs.
