808 West End Ave is 12 story building with 24 hour doorman service, 2 elevators, and laundry facilities in the basement. The Superintendent lives on site and Management offices are on site as well. Our pre-war building offers spacious apartments, many of which are suitable for roommates to share. Water, heat and gas are included. Management only offers 12 month leases and two month security deposits are required. NO BROKER FEES. We are a pet friendly building. No dishwashers are permitted. Easy access to 1/9 and 2/3 trains as well as multiple bus stops within 1-2 blocks. We are located just 1 block away from beautiful Riverside Park with multiple playgrounds and dog parks. Management hours are typically 7:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Appointments can be scheduled in advance outside of these hours.
