We are moving to the suburbs and unfortunately have to move out of our wonderful 1,220 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex apartment three blocks from Central Park. We have a large open kitchen, working gas fireplace, small terrace and full sized washer/dryer. The two bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms (the master with a Jacuzzi tub and the second with a glass shower stall). We are two blocks from the 2/3 express line as well as the M2,3,4 bus lines, making it a convenient trip to the UES, UWS, or downtown. Storage unit in the basement available for an additional monthly fee. Move in date ideally Sept 15th, but can discuss other dates through end of Sept. This is a non-smoking, family friendly, elevator building. Pets are case-by-case. $4,000 per month and NO FEE.
