THREE MONTH RENTAL FEB 1 – APRIL 30.
Our home is a beautifully renovated, Pre-War, three bedroom apartment, one of which is a nursery that can be converted back to regular bedroom (though of course it’s ideal if a family with a baby is interested), and the other set up as an office. Our place offers gorgeous wood floors, crown molding, separate living room and dining room spaces, a spacious kitchen, rooftop access, laundry on premises, a dishwasher, cable, wi-fi, and lots of light (and quiet) as we’re on the 4th floor. We are only one block from the subway, and are surrounded by grocery stores and lovely restaurants.

For those of you with cars, there is ample free street parking in this neighborhood, and minimal regulations or restrictions.

There are only 8 units in our building so the feel is cozy and welcoming. There is good privacy to be had because the living room and dining room are nicely separated, as are the two bedrooms.
The kitchen is full of great cookware, plenty of dish ware, and appliances including a microwave, 12-cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, KitchenAid, blender, panini press, and grill pan. You are welcome to use everything as long as proper care and clean up is executed along the way.

Fun fact: Once in awhile we get a tour bus or film crew outside full of people photographing our building…because Biggie Smalls himself grew up in an apartment on the third floor!

The rest of our neighborhood is charming- there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding few blocks (one of the best Italian places in the entire city is two blocks away). If you’re feeling more adventurous Park Slope and Fort Greene are packed with nightlife opportunities and are in reach on foot (20-30 minutes) or via bus/train/taxi. BAM is a 15 minute walk or a one stop train ride for great films and phenomenal plays, music, theater, & dance performances. Beautiful Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens within are a 20 minute walk from us.
