Abi Chelsea, designed by Raed Abillama Architects, introduces a ten-residence boutique property to the West Chelsea gallery district. The building, designed with a distinctive stepped formation, sits above the High Line. Elegant exterior lines work in fitting parallel to the unique homes within, each one tailored for a heightened living experience made possible through customized design layouts, choice of materials, craftsmanship and an overriding attention to detail.

Penthouse One invites connection to the city through panoramic views of the Hudson River and skyline. Tall, minimalist windows span the Southern faade for peak light exposure. They convert into a screen, which can be opened entirely, as can the sliding wall of windows to the north. This seamless transition aligns the indoor space with the ample outdoor lounge area, creating a sense of unity between the two and highlighting ABI Chelsea’s commitment to an integrated indoor and outdoor lifestyle. In addition, the Penthouse One rooftop garden and swimming pool, accessed by the private elevator, provide unobstructed access to the cityscape.

The kitchen is crafted by VIPP, a family-owned Danish design firm known for having pieces in the permanent collection of MoMA. Design features encompass refined minimalism and intelligent functionality, a seamless fit with the rest of the interior.
