Welcome to The Belvedere, located at 319 West 48th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues. The Belvedere is a luxury property that you can call home, centrally located in the heart of Time Square, and within walking distance of the Port Authority and the 1, 2, 3, C, E, N, Q, and R subway lines.

As a resident at the Belvedere, you would live in a fully furnished smoke free room including bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV (w/ free cable), desk & chair. Rooms have individual central air conditioning and heating controls. All utilities cable and wifi are included.

For the safety of all residents at The Bevedere, the Building employs a full-time doorman and front desk staff, as well as a live-In super. We offer complementary study and media spaces on the lobby level. Our fully equipped fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as is the shared coin operated laundry machines in the laundry room. There are four (4) elevators and two (2) stairwells. There is also a bike room and a package room for residents convenience.

We regret to inform that the Belvedere does not allow pets. Both Single and Double occupancy arrangements are available!
