This shows a bit of a different picture than some of the other reports. Anyone have any insight as to why their numbers might be different? They also mention the surge in new contracts of late (in line with what some, like urbandigs, have been saying), which is an item the brokerage reports don't really address. http://docs.streeteasy.com/market_reports/2009Q2_Report.pdf
