Hoboken Real Estate Update July 2009

With half of 2009 now over, the Hoboken real estate market turns towards the middle of summer. Below is the Hoboken real estate market update for condominium units for sale. As of July 6, there are 561 Active condos for sale in Hoboken spending an average of 108 days on the market. The average asking price is $574,167. Since June 1, 50 condos have sold in Hoboken. The average sales price of a sold Hoboken condo was $538,800. Currently there are 158 condos under contract waiting to close in Hoboken.
