Park Slope sale @ $212k: is this a one-bedroom?

So I was looking at recent sales and I just assumed that 2A was a studio, at the closing price of $212k. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/closing/905133 But the "A" floorplan is a one-bedroom layout in 4A, if you look at the building history. So I'm curious is anyone knows, is 2A also a one-bed? And ifso, this looks like a distressed price, so does anybody know what is wrong with the apt, or with the building? thx.
