Discussion about
I'm intrigued and wondering if anyone has an educated point of view. Here's my own 2 cents: - Huge government programs propping prices up and drawing in new buyers - Will trend continue after these programs expire? - Real buyers still there despite weak economy and high unemployment rate - Rates will remain low for some time to come as Fed remains accomodative - As much risk to the upside as there is to the downside - low rates and job creation will push up prices, on the one hand, continued defaults, bank failures and higher unemployment thoughts?
