is anyone aware of a way to ascertain what has happened to an aopt such as this which went just today went "No Longer Available" I know that Acris will show a recorded sale somewhat after a closing..question is, is there a way to kno now whether this is in contract or has been pulled due to lack of interest etc. thx http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/390265-coop-1199-park-avenue-carnegie-hill-new-york?email=true
