kitchen and bathroom piping

Discussion about
an apartment i am looking at has the kitchen and bathroom at opposite ends, the bathroom area has a large attached closet which i'd like to take down to make a kitchenette. Im not worried about the gas lines (electric stove), but I was wondering if it'd be a big ordeal to tap the bathroom piping and have it used for the kitchen sink/dishwasher. Thanks
