I was looking at REIT ETF's but their financials are very hard to "look through" to tell how liquid their underlying REITS are. A positive I thought of a REIT ETF is it should provide some diversity. But then I thought again, there has to be some special opportunity fund that is poised to pounce on the impending market factors I noted above. I have spent maybe half a day or so looking and have not been able to find anything. Does anyone know of any REIT's with a good management team that are flush with cash and are waiting for market corrections due to interest rates ? [less]
