I was almost impressed by the Avalon apartments (Avalon on the sound)website http://www.avaloncommunities.com/avaloncore/nfloor.asp?comm=113 Then I checked them out on appartments ratings.com http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/NY-New-Rochelle-Avalon-on-the-Sound.html SO many negative reviews!!! Does anybody know what is the real story about this building Thank you
