3br/2bath, doorman on UWS for under $5K?

Is that realistic? Somewhere between high 60s and low 90s. We currently have a 2br/2bath (1000 sq ft) in a nice rental building in the w 80s that we are paying a bit over $4K, but would like more space (1200+ sq ft). Any suggestions which buildings to look? How long in advance should we start looking as our current lease ends end of July?
