50 Murray Rental

I visited the leasing office today at 50 Murray to check out a "loft" studio that the agent emailed me a floor plan for available May 10. The apartment was nicer than I expected. I visited the leasing office today at 50 Murray to check out a "loft" studio that the agent emailed me a floor plan for available May 10. The apartment was nicer than I expected. It was a little over priced, even for the exaggerated square footage she quoted me. The high ceilings were a pleasant surprise, as were the spacious closets and kitchen cabinets. Unfortunately, they have a very strict dog policy. They only allow "smallish" dogs - defined as around 10lbs. So I was forced to pass, but I am not just bitter in the following review. The leasing agent was extremely rude. She had such an attitude. Such disrespect to potential renters is off putting (before I found out about the dog policy). Good thing that the renter only has to deal with her viewing the apt and signing the lease. But wow, almost made me want to leave before I saw the apartment. Heads up.
