Hi All, I just answered a few posts asking for a good contractor. It occurred to me that I should just "pay it forward" and refer Filip, my contractor, to all of you. I just answered a few posts asking for a good contractor. It occurred to me that I should just "pay it forward" and refer Filip, my contractor, to all of you.
He renovated my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment (bathroom, kitchen, painting, etc..) and also gut renovated a friend's studio and another friend's 3 bed, 3 bath apartment. Beautiful, beautiful work. He and his crew were there everyday at 9 am..(exc. 1 day when he called from the WSH and said traffic was heavy!)..left my apartment swept and cleaned everyday they left. He came in within budget,(really!) used quality materials, finished in the timeframe we discussed and was wonderful to work with. His crew was very respectful and worked diligently on the project. He consistently called vendors and got me the best prices on all our materials, as well.
