Discussion about
There's nothing "jumbo" at 814 10th avenue. Also, the wonderful laundry is in the basement, which has windows that were broken by a fire a couple years ago and were never replaced. That said, the renovated apartment I saw was fairly nicely done. Other interesting note: the entire rental history for this building on StreetEasy has disappeared. What's that about?
