There is no such building. 68 Carroll St. is on the block wher eI live and it is a 1930's 3 family building. This is a bogus address and the guy David is a VERY rude individual. Imagine how the relationship will develop if he is lying in his ads!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
