Plumbing feasibility study

Does anyone have any tips on having a study of done of how pipes could be moved in a condo? We want to move a small bathroom over to make larger. My contractor is a friend and is busy on other jobs, and I'd just like to get this out of the way so we can design properly. I was thinking by drilling small holes in the walls and using fiber optic cameras, we could get an accurate idea of what is possible. Any know of a reasonably priced plumber I could have do this, even if I had to buy the fiber optic scope?
