NYC Listings on Realtor.com with the NY State MLS

The New York State MLS has just announced that it is adding a Manhattan specific listing entry system. Listings will feed to Realtor.com for agents that opt into that service. This opens up a whole new door for Manhattan agents that could not get their listings on Realtor.com in the past. Membership to the NY State MLS is very affordable with no initiation fee. The NY State MLS is easy to join and doesn't have mandatory requirements for entire brokerage houses to join. Individual brokers can sign up through the website, or brokers of larger firms that wish to have their company join can contact the NY State MLS, www.nystatemls.com You must be licensed agent or broker to join.
