Blumberg A 101 Cancellation Clause

4 days ago ignore this person report abuse I have read numerous references to the cancellation clause in a Blumberg A 101 lease and the fact that some LLs are amenable to its deletion (in addition to the pass through of charges provision in 42). Is this reference dealing with the cancellation language in 23 (default)? If so, how much of the language is agreeable to delete? If it's referring to some other cancellation provision, please advise. Many thanks!
