Anyone have info on 865 WEA

I just saw a rental apt at 865 WEA that was being gut renovated. They didn't have any information on the finishes and the landlord seems to just own this 1 building. I'd like to find out some information on how living in that building is and was hoping someone on SE would have some information. Thanks.
