Sound-absorbing under-floor mat

I'm putting in new wood floors in my apartment, and my condo requires me to install a sound-absorbing under-floor mat as part of the process. They do not specify what brand or model to use. Is there a specific mat I should use or are they all pretty much the same? Thanks.
