The listing states that the unit has been "improved" at "no spared expense". I attended a recent open house (April 2012) to see this apartment for myself. I was wondering how exactly the unit has been improved as the units are delivered very well appointed from what I could see when I attended an open house for a new construction unit in November 2011. Apart from painting some of the rooms, placing artificial grass in the terrace (which, by the way, is only 274 square feet and NOT 370) and adding light fixtures of questionable taste, this unit has not been improved at all! If you doubt this, go to the building's website, PS90condo.com and take a look at the model apartments. The bathrooms, floors, kitchens, and closets for this unit are all original. This listing is very misleading (I'm trying to be diplomatic). The sellers purchased this unit for $785,000 in late 2010 and are now trying to justify an insane asking price of $940,000 by making prospective buyers believe that they expended substantial sums of money in improving the unit. The $940,000 asking price is about $300,000 higher than comparable 3 bedroom units in this area (see 3 bedroom units for sale at The Langston, for example). [less]
