-Expose brick wall (length of apt, roughly 40ft), deal with electrical that is hidden behind plaster wall,and repoint brick
-Built new mantle for fireplace
-Retile existing bathroom
-Close up old bathroom door, create new bathroom door on different wall
-Retile kitchen floor
-Brand new kitchen, move sink over 2 feet, create waterline for fridge, install all cabinets and countertops. (10 ft kitchen against wall). Knock down partial wall to open up kitchen to living room
