Lights, AV wiring, and Painting

I've recently purchased a condo unit and want to get a few things done: I'd like to add some additional lighting (some recessed, dining room chandelier, bedroom ceiling lights), finish off the in-wall data/video cabling (wire is in the wall, just not finished with outlets), mount a TV and some speakers, patch a little drywall, and paint most everything. Am I better of doing these all as separate jobs? Getting a single contractor to run the whole thing? I've got some relationships with AV contractors and electricians from my business, but I realize residential has different requirements. I'd love some suggestions how best to proceed.
