building at 69 West 107th Street

I lived at 69 W 107 St for 2 years. While being students at the Columbia University, this location was a great pick for me and my roommates. We had a beautiful, spacious apt. - 4br, 2 baths. Also we had cool neighbors - all students/young professionals. Ding Dong Lounge was our favorite spot to meet with friends, which is few steps away. If you are keen on jogging - the Central Park is just around the corner. And you are 2 blocks from the subway, what can be better!!! I loved, loved this place! I am moving back to New York this summer, so please keep me posted if there is ANY availability in this building. Thanks!
