Additional kitchen extension space is about 130 sq ft so total new kitchen is about 270 sq ft. The new deck is about 90 to 100 sq ft. A new roof will cover the extended parts. I know the pricing of appliances and cabinets etc. but how do go about estimating construction costs labor and basic material for the job etc.? kind of person that likes to get into the details. Not looking for high end kitchen stuff, good standards in terms of quality nevertheless. Appreciate any guidance on this project especially on costs side. Thx in advance.
