Isnt there a way to stop her from holding everyone hostage? The estate/sellers are upset, the agents are upset, Im upset. My offer was accepted, was waiting on the countersignature though. I gave my rental notice and now have a grand total of 3 weeks to find another place. And apparently its all legal per my atty. What recourse is there?
