Discussion about 153 West 80th Street in Upper West Side
I've rented here 2 years and it is basically like paying a fortune to live in a slum. The super is in NJ. The management company is non-responsive. The front door lock and/or buzzer has been broken at least 10 times in the past 2 yrs and it always takes forever to fix it. The trash area is always a mess and over-run with rats. They are delusional with the rents they charge. A 1 bdrm in a doorman building costs the same as here. I wouldn't recommend it.
