Hello - Anybody living/know about 145th - 148th between Adam Clayton Powell and Frederick Douglass blvd. I'm thinking of moving into this area and would like to hear your opinion regarding safety, shopping, general quality of life, security etc. Hope to hear some opinions. Thanks.
