This apartment looks great but has big issues. You hear your neighbors above and below you almost 24h a day even if they just listen to radio. Now imagine they do a party starting at 10pm until 5AM or longer into the morning. That's what I had to go through for more than 2 years. The owner is the most horrible person. Is she a woman? Short hair? Don't trust her. The whole building know about the sound issues. They spent a lot of money making it all look nice but nothing is sound proof.
