Discussion about 55 Poplar Street
This looks nice - it's hard to see since the photos are so tiny, but I'm interested in checking it out. I like that it is near the park (for the dog which is VERY important for me) and that it also has a few trains nearby. My only worry is that it's so close to the water that after Sandy I get a bit scared of that. What's your opinion on being right on the water? I also really like that it has high ceilings/washer/dryer and an extra loft space.
