Pricey, but I get why b/c it's in Williamsburg and has a lot of sq footage and has private outdoor space, which is awesome. I'd check it out just to get a feel for places like this. I think my main concern when seeing these 'renovated' 'modern' apartments, they feel so ikea to me and I'm not a fan of that. But if the layout is nice and it's spacious I can definitely get over that issue :) Should we add this to our list as well as the one on Poplar street? And the duplex?
