Sale at 849 Carroll Street #4

I love this - I love bay windows, the dark wood floors, the character of the space. The only thing I hate (which could be redone) is the brown tile in the kitchen. I really like the flat top stove as well. A brownstone is definitely more along the lines of what I like than those huge, modern, generic buildings. Character, layout, space are the main things I that I'm drawn to and this seems to have those. I love how big the bedroom is (or seems haha) also! I like having a large bedroom - a lot of those modern buildings don't have that, they feel like prison cells to me with the blank/standard white walls and boxy windows. Should we add this listing to what we want to check out tomorrow?
