The owner is asking a laughable $2.5m for a partially renovated home that he bought less than 3 years ago for $1.180m (Dec 2010)
It photographs nicely which is what drew me to the home, but flawed... According to DOB the home only has 100AMPs of power...
This Means No Central AIR without an upgrade..
The kitchen in the not worthy of a triplex... The top floor is a weird layout...
The garden floor rental is poorly renovated...
My guess is this home should trade for maybe $1.7m...
