I am building out a "white box" loft 2100 sf, currently there is only one small bathroom and kitchen otherwise open. What is the rough estimate for architectural fees if I already have the basic floor plan and I will pick all the finishes,fixtures,appliances down to the door knob and hinge. All I need is plans, submission to board and city and then construction supervision.Do any architects work on a fixed fee rather than % of construction.
