Condos with one month sublet policies

Can anyone recommend some buildings that permit one month sublets? We're looking to buy an apartment for use as a pied-a-terre, but want some flexibility if we choose to sublet when we're not going to be in town for a while. We haven't yet found many such buildings, so we're going to be willing to consider most locations - although ideally we'd be somewhere between Canal and 28th. Obviously we'd prefer the costs of submitting a sublet package, etc, to be as low as possible... Thanks in advance for any tips!
