1 bedroom in Clinton or 2 bedroom in E. Harlem

Hi all, I wondered if anyone has any feedback on 2 areas. One is a 1 bedroom on the West side in Clinton on 55th with a garden and at the top of my budget or a 2 bedroom near 98th and lex. I have lived on the West side most of the time and enjoy all the convenience of things but I'm not too familiar with things on the East side but it does have a 2bedroom and the area looks quite nice. Does anyone have thoughts on appreciation or resale value in the future? Or has anyone lived in either area and can share their experiences with me? Thanks E
