After living here for two months I can say that maintenance is a NIGHTMARE. It took two weeks to fix the refrigerator and has now been over month with a broken heat/AC unit. There is constant blame shifting, excuses, and absolutely no follow through. For the rent you pay it's ludicrous to not address a basic amenity like this and live in either a very hot or very cold room almost constantly.
