Co-Broker Rules

Discussion about
I am an attorney who is admitted to the New York Bar and I also have my brokerage license. If I represent a tenant in finding an apartment and that apartment already has a broker does that broker have a duty to co-broker the apartment with me? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
