The Alexandria

As a 6 year owner at The Alexandria all I can say is be very careful about purchasing here. The building itself is very nice with a great amenities and a very good location. However each year brings a new special assessment this year's equal to a full year's extra assessment. The reason for this is very poor quality board management from a board that has been entrenched almost into the building was developed. Their hand selected management company is unresponsive. Repairs that were made this year resulted in amazing amounts of noise, dust and disturbance to the residents.
