Construction at 99 Church / other noise

If you are looking for apartments on the park place side of the building beware of the project they are breaking ground for at 99 church in fall 2013. It will be VERY noisy (currently listening to jack hammering at 1030 on Saturday morning from the 10th floor). Might want to factor that in when they try to charge you west village prices for a very noisy living experience. The noise is not limited to this construction you also hear the A, C, E every time it passes. Takes some getting used to.
