I'm sure it's evident to everyone, but I had to mention that the Own Your Home blog entries are a mess. Just for example: http://ownyourhome.streeteasy.com/rental-faqs-rent-subsidies/ You might think from the title this would be about Section 8, SCRIE, DRIE, or something like that. Nope! The article drones on about rent abatements due to uninhabitability. A worthy topic, perhaps, but totally different. And these are supposed to be "experts"?
