Discussion about 155 W 68th Street #24F
Curious about other browsers' thoughts. We saw this place and though it was a little overpriced. The apartment has tons of closet space, large master bedroom and a good-sized living room. Smaller bathroom has an awkward layout. Pretty sunny, with views over the roof deck, and you can see a bit of Central Park. The building is upscale and will soon have a gym downstairs, but that's about the only amenity. Should be closer to $5000, I think.
