When I closing my purchasing coop apt. the UCC3 termination is missing and the closing delayed. Ｉ　want to know whose responsibility to check UCC before closing and who should I claim my damage due to the delay of closing from? I have to move out and live in a hotel due to this delay. Can I ask my attorney or seller to pay? Whose fault it is? Thanks.
